Since 1998, our quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified by DNV.

Our production activity is summarised in the certificate of conformity to ISO 9001 as: ‘Production of copper, aluminium, brass and steel punched flat washers and seals for hydraulic, pneumatic, motor and mechanical applications for the automotive and industrial sectors (EA: 17)’.

our laboratory
Vezzaro Augusto Guarnizioni has an in-house laboratory qualified to perform hardness tests, dimensional measurements and roughness tests. The instrumentation is periodically calibrated with reference to primary samples using external bodies or qualified internal personnel.
hardness tests
Hardness tests are conducted with a Futur Tech hardness tester equipped with an impression monitor and measurements are taken on both the raw material and the finished product after annealing.
dimensional tests
The laboratory is equipped with all the instruments required for dimensional checks: slide gauges, internal and external micrometers, calibrated pins, flat blocks, ceramic rings and a Zeiss profile projector.
roughness tests
To meet the needs of the most demanding customers, a Hommel roughness tester allows us to perform roughness measurements on the surfaces of raw materials and, where applicable, finished products.
