The entire production process is carried out at our manufacturing facility,  from blanking to packaging, including annealing in a controlled atmosphere.

Copper Cu-ETP according to UNI EN 1652
In case of unavailability of Cu-ETP we reserve the right to use other types of Cu 99.9% copper, equivalent in mechanical properties.
The washers are annealed to increase the sealing effect.
Hardness after annealing: HV5 30÷55
Hardness is validated for all our production batches.
Standard diameters: 6 ÷ 60 mm
Special diameters: <6 mm and 60÷120 mm
Standard thicknesses:
0.5 mm  1 mm  1.5 mm  2 mm  2.5 mm  3 mm
Minimum thickness: 0.1 mm
Maximum thickness: 5 mm
