The entire production process is carried out at our manufacturing facility,  from blanking to packaging, including annealing in a controlled atmosphere.
We can provide a declaration of Italian origin.

The washers are annealed to increase the sealing effectiveness .
Hardness after annealing: HV5 < 48 ( HB 1/5 < 45 )
Hardness is validated for all our production batches with Vickers test method.
