Gasket for Injector are used with injectors in diesel engines with the dual purpose of acting as a flame shield and ensuring sealing.
The entire production process is carried out at our manufacturing facility, from blanking to packaging, including annealing in a controlled atmosphere.
We can provide a declaration of Italian origin.

Copper Cu-ETP according to UNI EN 1652
In case of unavailability of Cu-ETP we reserve the right to use other types of Cu 99.9% copper, equivalent in mechanical properties.
The washers are annealed to increase the sealing effect.
Hardness after annealing: HV5 30÷55
Hardness is validated for all our production batches.
