Gasket for injector with teeth are used with injectors in diesel engines with the dual purpose of acting as a heat shield and ensuring seal effect.
These washers are also known as ‘captive’ because they aid injector assembly by holding the washer in place.
The entire production process is carried out at our manufacturing facility, from blanking to packaging, including annealing in a controlled atmosphere.
We can provide a declaration of Italian origin.

Copper Cu-ETP according to UNI EN 1652
In case of unavailability of Cu-ETP we reserve the right to use other types of Cu 99.9% copper, equivalent in mechanical properties.
The washers are annealed to increase the sealing effect.
Hardness after annealing: HV5 30÷55
Hardness is validated for all our production batches.
