Vezzaro Augusto Guarnizioni Srl began its operations in 1960 as “Vezzaro Augusto”, a sole proprietorship specializing in the production of sealing washers and industrial gaskets.
In the years that followed, the founder’s three sons—Giuseppe, Angelo, and Carlo—joined the business, and in 1986 the company was converted into a limited partnership (Sas).
The gradual involvement of the third generation of the Vezzaro family has laid the foundation for the company’s continued growth in the coming years. In 2017, the company became a limited liability company (Srl) and adopted its current name.
Vezzaro Augusto Guarnizioni stands out for its strong family identity and its unwavering commitment to product quality. These core values—blending tradition with innovation—have enabled the company to become a benchmark in the industry, supplying some of the most prestigious brands in the automotive, hydraulics, mechanical, and components sectors.
Since 1998, our quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified by DNV-GL.
how do we mufacture?
With over 2,000 dies and a wide selection of materials, we are able to offer a broad production range without charging our customers for tooling costs.
Our production process: from raw materials to finished product
Our manufacturing process is defined by full control over every stage of production—from raw material procurement to final product packaging. Every step is carried out in-house, including annealing, which is performed using a controlled-atmosphere belt furnace.
The design, repair, and maintenance of dies are also managed internally, allowing us to keep both production and tooling maintenance times and costs under control. Our digital tracking system ensures full traceability of materials, tooling, machinery, measurements, and instruments used in the production of each batch, along with immediate validation of dimensional and hardness measurements.
Our sale washers warehouse ensures constant availability of stock for standard items.
We also offer 100% parts inspection upon request and can provide specific documentation required for the automotive sector with the first delivery—such as dimensional reports, material certificates, PPAP, IMDS, and more.
