The copper used in our production is Copper Cu-ETP (CW004A) according to UNI EN 1652
The washers are blanked from raw copper strips; after bkanking they are annealed to achieve required hardness .
Annealing is performed in-house using a continuous belt furnace in a controlled atmosphere.
The maximum operating temperature for copper washers is approximately 300 °C (reference standard: DIN 7603).
The standard thicknesses for this material are: 0.5 mm  1 mm  1.5 mm  2 mm   2.5 mm.

The aluminium used for our production is Aluminium EN AW-1050A (EN AW-Al 99.5) according to EN 573-3
Our aluminium sealing washers are blanked from strips supplied in the annealed temper, Vickers hardness lower than 30 HV.
The maximum operating temperature for aluminium washers is approximately 200 °C (reference standard: DIN 7603).
The standard thicknesses for this material are: 0.5 mm  1 mm  1.5 mm  2 mm   2.5 mm.

We also have availability of thin thickness strips or sheets for the production of washers intended for shimming applications.

We also have thin thickness strips available for the manufacture of washers for shimming applications.
In this case, the washers are blanked from AISI 301 hardened strip in accordance with EN 10088-2 supplied with hardness greater than 250 HV
The thicknesses we process for these materials are: 0.1 mm  0.15 mm  0.20 mm  0.25 mm  0.30 mm
