The entire production process is carried out at our manufacturing facility, from blanking to packaging, including annealing in a controlled atmosphere.

Copper Cu-ETP according to UNI EN 1652
In case of unavailability of Cu-ETP we reserve the right to use other types of Cu 99.9% copper, equivalent in mechanical properties.
The washers are annealed to increase the holding capacity after tightening.
Hardness after annealing: HV5 30÷55
Hardness is validated at the end of annealing for all our production batches.

Special diameters: <6 mm 60÷120 mm
